EXEAEX! :D

okay as promised, i shall write on the trip to geylang! :D

lunch: geylang lorong 9 beef kuay teow (:

surprisingly, there were not many people. we thought we came to the wrong place. lol. the food came almost immediately.

it was a bit spicy but i think it tasted good. different from the normal clear colour hor fun. sauce was thick enough and the hor fun was just nice. the beef also was also tender. overall, the combination tasted good :D

rate: 4/5 (haha!)

we had coconut water too! since the weather was so hot, it was really refreshing to drink it and i love coconut water! but it was a bit disappointing that the flesh were not that nice. oh well.

this was supposed to be our next destination but we were just too full already lol. we just walked past it and snapped a picture of it.

we actually went to search for this durian ban chan kuey place but somehow just couldn't find it :/ and we also walked past the famous dim sum place.

yong he tou jiang you tiao!

ordered tou jiang, you tiao and beancurd! the you tiao was really long! tou jiang was not bad. we couldn't finished the beancurd so we dapao-ed it in the end.

rate: 4/5

after this, we went to geylang library for some reading :D hehe.

dinner: people's prawn noodle house!

the prawns were really huge! we ordered one prawn noodles, one pai ku prawn noodles. i didn't know sg prawn noodles are not spicy as back home, prawn noodles are spicy ones. lol. anyway, these were nice ((:

rate: 4.5/5

yupp, i know it's not a lot, but it's worth the trip! next time, i wanna explore more at different places! if you know of any, hmm nice and not too expensive (like restaurant prices :/) then introduce me! :D
