i was taking some of my stuff out from that box and flipping through many letters and autograph books and many many other stuff. i read the letters that my 大雄 "da xiong" (equivalent to mortal) and 小叮当 "xiao ding dang" (equivalent to angel) wrote for me and i do really miss my secondary school in penang and the board of prefects.
i still remember who my da xiong and xiao ding dang were ((:
when i was reading those letters, i felt as if i went back to my secondary school.
words that were used were childish.
phrases were awkward.
contents were funny. sometimes repeated.
but these are what made my memories so sweet.
how i wish i am still keeping in touch with them.
or at least know where they are now.
then, i read those autograph books that we usually ask friends and classmates to write before we graduated.
(why didn't i ask my jc classmates to do that? :/)
i read those notes written by my IJ classmates.
awwww i really miss those times.
i do realised something.
as we grow older, such simple notes, even though they may seem very primary/secondary school-ish, are what you will smile at when you chance upon them later on.
usually after i read such stuff i am so motivated haha.
well you might ask, motivated about?
me myself also don't know.
maybe i am motivated to organise a gathering, motivated to work harder?
hahahahahaha :D
i am really weird huh.
but as we grow older, we seldom write in autograph books anymore.
even my IJ collection was not completed.
i didn't manage to get back all the notes from everyone.
we also tried to compile all the notes for msian scholars in jc but also failed.
we always give the excuse that we are too busy, we forgot, we couldn't find the time to write, we couldn't finish writing, blah blah blah.
personally, i think that, it's because we are not so expressive anymore.
we don't appreciate such actions anymore.
but do let me tell you, you will really appreciate them when you are working and on the days when you are down.
just take these stuff out and read them, i bet they will put a smile on your face.
some of those notes i could almost remember all the contents.

i am planning a class gathering on 01042011, yea, it's a year plus in advance wahahahaha! ((:
i was reminded of that gathering when i read marie's note!
marie, if you are reading this, it was your note who motivated me to plan that gathering! :D
oh yea yesterday was my mummy's birthday!

we went to this steamboat/bbq place in town and stuffed our stomach with food.
ohmygod, i swear my stomach was at the edge of exploding after we walked out of that place.
hahahahaha!
