almost fainted
I am not joking. Okayy, maybe not die, but that was the first time I felt that I was really going to faint. This was how it started. We played badminton for PE. I love badminton. Badminton is my favourite sport. At least I think so, besides sleeping (if it is counted as a sport). My dad was the one who taught me and my brother how to play badminton. Anyway, so we had badminton for PE! After PE, as usual, my teacher had a debrief with us. I took out my specs and somehow people in front of me seem so blur. I barely see who are the people opposite me. Okayy, I thought maybe it was because I had wore my specs for the whole PE lesson, hence this blur vision will only take place for a while. Later, I felt damn dizzy and I still had the blur vision. I knew something's wrong. I felt that myself had turned pale (this I am not sure as I can't see my own reflection without a mirror). I couldn't stand steadily. Somehow, I still managed to stood there till the end of the briefing. I remembered that I was like saying silently in my mind that "quickly end the briefing, I need to sit down, quickly end it". At last, when he said "okay, let's keep the racquets..." The first thing I did was to lean at the wall and sat down. I passed my racquet to one of my classmates and closed my eyes and sat down there. She asked me whether I was okay and I told her I felt damn dizzy and she asked me to go out of the badminton hall because it was seriously stuffy in there. So, I went out, feeling rather weak, and sat out there for a while. At that moment, I really felt like fainting. I thought I did felt a little bit better after going out of the hall. Then, I went back to take my stuff and proceeded down, planning to visit the toilet for a while. I was thinking maybe I was lack of oxygen, hence I was breathing rather heavily. My friend was like asking me whether I am alright, and all I could tell them was "I think so". But, I really don't think I was alright. I went to the toilet and for the first time I looked into the mirror, I felt so scared because my face was white. Totally pale white. I was really not sure what was happening and thought that I might faint any seconds from then. I met Sam there. I was telling her that I felt really dizzy. She asked me to drink water. I drank but still felt not okay. Later on, I went outside the gym and sat there, waiting for PT to start. I saw my friend and she asked me to go inside. I went in and sat down leaning against the pillar again. I still felt damn dizzy. I felt like vomitting also. Urgh. She asked me to just go home because I guess I looked really scary huh. I went to the toilet and shitted (Is there such a word?) and I thought I would feel much better. But no, I felt like dying and was groaning softly in the toilet! No joke! After I went out of the toilet, I wanted to walk back to outside of the gym. But, I was so weak that I sat down leaning against the locker area for almost 5 mins before continue the seemingly long journey back there. I was breathing so heavily there. I felt that my head was gonna burst and I was gonna collapsed. My friend asked me whether I need some sweet drink and I thought why not if it helps me to recover. So she bought me a 100 plus. I drank so slowly and was hoping that I would feel much better and I think maybe I did. After that, I walked slowly towards the field, thinking that I should go back home but will be dropping by the CCA Room first. But, I sat at the bench for almost 10 mins drinking my 100 plus. I even messaged my roommate asking her whether she has went back home because I would like someone to accompany me home as I was not feeling well. In the end, after finishing the drink, I managed to walk on my own back to oldham wing. Upon reaching there, I sat down and rested for a while and was so thankful that I actually managed to make my way there. I went to the toilet again and my face was still so pale. Gah, I was seriously wondering what was happening to me. But, at that point of time, I knew I was feeling so much better already. After much persuading from my friends, I went up to the council room and rested on the couch for quite some time. I was really grateful to be able to rest there. Thank god, I felt so so so much better. Okay, after that, I was back to my normal self and went down to help out with the banner stuff. This post shall reminds me of the day I almost fainted. This was really a rare occasion when I really actually truthfully felt like fainting. Thank god I didn't. Okay, my brain is damn tired now. I am having a headache. I need to rest. :) . |
